We enjoy building relationships with you and treasure the loyalty of our long-term partners.

Because we believe that recognizing and showing appreciation for each other is essential for a successful relationship, we’ve created the “Share Your Story” program to show our customers how much we appreciate them and to give them an opportunity to let us know how our products are making a difference in their lives.

Our most recent Share Your Story winner is Stephanie Bruntz, Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD), located in Kearney, Neb.

Details matter to Designer Stephanie Bruntz. When she first begins working with clients, her goal is to bring their renovation dreams to life. For her, the key is to listen to the clients’ ideas collectively to get a clear sense of their preferences as well as the pieces they can’t quite describe themselves. “When you get to know them as people and not just customers, you have a very good chance at creating a space that is just like they imagined it,” Bruntz advised.

Two years ago, a client living in a very small town in northern Nebraska heard about Stephanie Bruntz on the radio. She and her husband had done a room addition on their house that included a big, empty room they dreamed would one day become a grand master bathroom. Hearing that Stephanie could provide a “one stop shop” to help oversee all the nuances of the remodeling process, the client booked an appointment.

Her vision for the bathroom was the classic spa look: serene, timeless, and calming. “She wanted to feel like she was getting away to the spa in her own bathroom every day,” Bruntz recalled. Through a site visit and several meetings, Bruntz designed and selected all the materials for the master bathroom and its adjoining master closet.

Because the client was open to suggestions for all areas of the project, Bruntz recommended electric heated floors from WarmlyYours Radiant Heating in the bathroom and the floor of the master closet, which were both going to be tile.

She immediately loved the idea of heating the floors,” Bruntz shared. “It is not something you think about initially, but once you hear it, it almost feels like, “Well now we have to have it”. Bruntz said that decision added to the overall luxury and warmth of the room, which really played into the pampered “spa feel” the couple wanted.

Heating the closets didn’t really add much additional cost to the overall project, according to Bruntz. “We were already laying tile and had the circuit for the bathroom, so the cost was not that much more to install in the closets, but the impact was substantial. Think about all the time you spend standing in your closet picking out clothes and getting dressed. When designing I think about comfort, and I try to have my clients think about all the little details in the projects so that when everything is done they get what they wanted,” Bruntz shared.

She utilized the free SmartPlan™ from the WarmlyYours Installation Support Team, and says the project went very smoothly. “I never received a phone call about it during installation, which is exactly what you want,” she shared.

With a monochromatic bathroom, featuring natural stone and a travertine tub deck set off against rich, cherry cabinets, the client says she feels like she is on vacation every day, sharing that the final product was as if Bruntz had pulled everything directly from her head.

I’m always so happy when a project becomes exactly what the client was hoping for,” Bruntz said.

Electric Floor Heating Systems for tile and stone floors, such as the ones installed in this project, are among the most popular applications in the industry.
