Stephanie Bruntz is the owner and designer at Stephanie Bruntz Designs. She specializes in unique designs tailored to meet the needs of each individual client and places great emphasis on customer service. She feels that each client needs time and attention to get the project just right, no matter how large or small. Stephanie loves the entire process of making a project become reality. She can visualize from the very beginning what the project will become upon completion. This is a great asset for her clients as it ensures a successful design that is in harmony with the rest of the home, whether it be a remodel or new construction. Stephanie enjoys taking time to get to know each client in order to create a design that will best complement each client's tastes and goals for the overall functionality of their space.
Stephanie is a 2003 graduate from the University of Nebraska at Kearney where she earned her degree in Interior Design with an emphasis in Kitchen and Bath Design while also running cross country and track for the Lopers. After graduation she moved to Wichita, Kansas to begin her kitchen and bath design career. In 2007 she became a CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer). She and her husband Josh lived and worked in Wichita until moving back to Kearney at the end of 2010 to be closer to family. Stephanie continued her design career in Kearney by taking on the challenge of overseeing the creation of Studio B Design. She managed Studio B Design from 2011 until 2016 at which point she and Josh decided to take the leap to open their own showroom, Stephanie Bruntz Designs. Stephanie has had the privilege to work on projects in Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Oklahoma and abroad.
Leslie Keane
Leslie Keane is a designer at Stephanie Bruntz Designs. She began working part-time with Stephanie while she was a student at UNK. Leslie graduated from UNK in May of 2021 with a degree in Business Administration, a minor in Construction Management; while she also took elective courses in Interior Design. After graduation, Leslie married her college sweetheart, Brenner, and they followed his job to Lincoln. During that time, she worked as an estimator for a commercial construction company. Two years later, she was transferred back to the Kearney area and Brenner took a job as the 7-12 business teacher at Pleasanton Public Schools. Leslie was thrilled when Stephanie approached her with an opportunity to come back to work at Stephanie Bruntz Designs. She has been on staff full-time since September of 2024.
Leslie’s primary responsibilities include creating virtual models of client designs, estimating, procuring materials, ordering materials, and keeping up communication with our vendors. She loves working in the residential and design markets and is excited to learn from Stephanie. Leslie brings a balance of logic and creative thinking to her role at Stephanie Bruntz designs and is always eager to find ways to support and grow the business.
Outside of work, Leslie can usually be found in the bleachers at a Pleasanton athletic event or on a golf course with her husband - usually playing golf, but sometimes trying to watch the Pleasanton Cross Country runners! She also enjoys baking, working out, reading, and watching Duke basketball when time allows. Leslie and Brenner have a mini Australian Mountain Doodle named Izzo. They also love spending time with their families in the Henderson, Kearney, and Sidney areas.
