We offer many services to aid in the planning and execution of your project. Below is a step by step guide for our approach to the successful completion of each project whether it be a remodel or new construction.
Please call 308.708.7148 to schedule an initial consultation with Stephanie at the showroom. At this first meeting, we will discuss your project goals, budget and anticipated time frame. Some helpful items to bring to your consultation include pictures or floor plans of your project space, a general idea of the project budget and any ideas that you may already have in mind for the space.
After the initial consultation, we will need to make an in-home visit. On this visit, we will discuss in more detail the scope and layout of the project as well as take preliminary measurements. This information will help us to better visualize the site and make appropriate adjustments to the design.
Once we have outlined the goals for your project, discussed budget and taken measurements, a deposit will be needed to enable us to produce the high quality designs needed to make your goals a reality. The design retainer will be based on the scope of the project and will be applied towards the completion of the project should you choose to continue past the initial design phase.
Additional showroom appointments will need to be scheduled following the in home visit. At these appointments, we will walk through the materials selection process. The materials that you select will then be used to create detailed drawings and cost estimates for your project.
Once you feel comfortable with the materials selected and the cost estimates for your project, we will draw up a contract outlining all of the project details. We can then begin the ordering process. Finally, we can begin the installation process that will bring your vision to life. You will have the option to work with our trade professionals or a contractor of your own choosing. We are happy to completely manage the project from start to finish but are also willing to simply provide designs and materials or anything in between.
