Ingredients
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions
  • 1 Can Corn (Super Sweet Niblets)
  • 1 Pkg. Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Pkg. Frozen Edamame (seeded)
  • A Little Red Onion
  • 2 Jalapenos
  • 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Cumin
Instructions
  1. Chop the peppers, onions and garlic.
  2. Mix together with seasonings and liquid ingredients.
  3. Stir and let sit in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
