Stroganoff Beef Burgers

Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 3 Slices Bacon, Diced
  • ½ Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1½ Teaspoon Flour
  • ¾ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Paprika
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • Toasted Buns
Instructions
  1. Brown the beef and bacon.
  2. Add onion and cook until tender then drain the grease.
  3. Blend the flour, salt, paprika and pepper into the meat mixture.
  4. Stir in the mushroom soup and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in the sour cream, heat through and serve on toasted buns.
